Oscillation is an annual festival situated between sound, music and experimentation. The festival occurs at the beginning of May and embraces a diverse range of formats including concerts, talks, broadcasts, installations, workshops and works in public space. It is organised by Q-O2 werkplaats in collaboration with local and international partners, and builds on the thematics and research of the year’s residencies.
